The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is calling for nominations for the 2009 EPA Sustainable Industries Awards, which recognise Queensland's most innovative sustainability practices in business and industry.
The awards are open to companies, businesses, community and not-for-profit organisations, and divisions of local or state government working in partnership with industry and individuals.
Entering the awards provides an opportunity to highlight your organisation's commitment to sustainable practices and gain recognition for your achievements. The awards also showcase leadership and innovation in industry and increase awareness about local community projects.
Nominations close on Friday 27 February 2009.
