Perceptions of financial due diligence services

Summary of findings from a CPA Australia survey which asked accountants and audit members to comment on their clients' decision making after undertaking the financial due diligence process.

In particular, CPA Australia was interested in whether prospective business owners changed their minds about purchasing a business, be it to reduce the price paid, or not proceed at all.
