Mentor Program folder

There are two versions of the Mentor Program folder. During semester 1, 2006, CPA Australia introduced a logbook format so that mentees could easily demonstrate and record the attainment of skills for the Mentor Program.

Members currently participating in the Mentor Program can choose to follow either format, however we recommend that you follow the same format to demonstrate all of the requirements for the Mentor Program.

  • Mentor Program folder for members who registered for the Mentor Program from semester 1, 2006 onwards
  • Mentor Program folder  for members who registered for the Mentor Program from semester 1, 2002 to semester 2, 2005

Forms

There are various forms associated with the Mentor Program. They are designed to assist you in recording your development and any changes that occur during your time on the Mentor Program. You will find most of these forms in your copy of the Mentor Program folder, or you can download a copy from the version of the folder which is relevant to you.

The Mentor Program registration form and the application for recognition of prior experience are available in the Information for Associate members booklet.
